Through curiosity, research and discovery, we craft a conceptual story that works like a compass. We take your inspiration, memories, favourite songs and laundry list and alchemise them into something more valuable than their parts, something profoundly golden to you, a North Star.
We offer several approaches to the service we provide, amongst them, a collaborative approach designed for you to feel like the heartbeat of the design is yours so you can build your design vocabulary, we can collect and curate the vintage, one of a kind find, furniture or artwork pieces, consult on particular aspects of the design : ie colour, or offer complete and distinct stages of a full design service.
We work instinctively and create unique worlds alongside the many dreamers and do-ers we collaborate with.
Good design should feel as familiar and awe inspiring as the cycles within nature.

KELLY ROSS IS a multidisciplinary designer, creative director, educator, and experiential maker working across material exploration, immersive environments, storytelling, education, and community-led creative systems.
Kelly Ross is principal and founder of the Sydney based design studio renown for conceptually led, highly bespoke and personal design across interiors, immersive installations, boutique and luxury hotels, hospitality, product design and fabrication.
With studies in Human Environment Design (psychology, architecture and interiors) and a background in touring technical theatre, Kelly’s practice is deeply rooted in how environments influence behaviour, memory, and subconscious experience.
Curiosity carves out Kelly’s approach to building distinct and unique worlds that are complete and compelling, none of which are possible without the collaborative relationships with artists, fabricators and other designers to create thought provoking and long lasting sensorial experiences.
Kelly’s inspiration is fuelled by travel, research, futures thinking, circular design principals, creative immersion in the zeitgeist and the wonders of the natural world.
